Like many Americans my weight loss has been a constant journey that led to many dead ends. I was caught between yo-yo dieting and fad diets that led to more weight gain in the end. I was now at wits end trying my best to avoid mirrors like it was the plague. Everywhere in the news you hear countless stories about the epidemic of obesity in our country. Will I be another statistic of society’s epidemic with heart failure and diabetes due to my extra lumps and bumps? Will my life expectancy be cut in half? Better yet, will I see my son graduate?
As those questions raced through my head I new something had to be done. I reluctantly went online for diets once more. That’s when I came across SENSA. I was still a little hesitant so I waited. Weeks went by and I merely forgot about the idea of SENSA. I turned on the local news as usual only to find that SENSA was a featured story. Catching my attention I tuned in and watched with all eyes. There was a local woman who lost 28 lbs. All she did was sprinkle the tastants on her food. The tastants enhances the food causing her to eat less. Could this be true?
