I ‘m happy to report, I survived the State Fair! You won’t believe how many delicious things are all around!!! Let alone the fragrance of sweet savory desserts dancing beneath my noise. Let’s just say I couldn’t wait to get started! I decided to begin small and work my way up. Sounded logical so, I settled on an elephant ear! Lightly fried with plenty of butter, sugar and cinnamon to taste! I sprinkled my SENSA all around as usual! I took my first bite! It practically melted in my mouth! I took another bite only to find that I’m starting to feel satisfied! Who knew! Needless to say, my hubby finished it off! Well time marched on! It was time to move on to a polish sausage and onion rings! This time I knew I was going to finish it off! I ordered a foot long and told them to pile it high with plenty of onions and green peppers! It was perfect! Just they way I always like em’! Yep as you guessed it! I didn’t finish half. As for the onion rings, well they were all accounted for! Once again hubby had to take over! I was batting zero! At last I came across apple dumplings smothered with vanilla ice cream. Can you believe I walked right passed it! I’ll tell ya, my hubby couldn’t believe that one let alone me! SENSA is definitely working!
